The Manche’s maritime plan
Through its maritime project/plan, the department council makes its ambition clear: to make sure the Manche is recognised as a strong maritime region with its own unique character. It wants to make the ports more dynamic, develop recreational boating, increase the quality of its maritime activities and promote maritime attractions.
